ATLANTA (March 26, 2021) – Oakbridge Insurance Agency LLC today announced that Cynthia Moench has joined the company as chief sales officer. Moench’s insurance career spans more than three decades in the independent agency system, with a particular focus on national producer recruitment and development.
“We are thrilled to have Cynthia join the Oakbridge team, as she is a highly respected and experienced industry talent with exceptional executive management experience,” said Oakbridge CEO Robbie Smith. “Cynthia is firmly committed to Oakbridge’s values, mission and aggressive regional growth plan, and her visionary drive will undoubtedly be a force in significantly enhancing the growth of Oakbridge.”
In her role as CSO, Moench will work to align sales and account services functions across Oakbridge’s Southeast footprint. In addition to her practical experience in insurance sales, Moench’s passion for developing sales talent prompted her to develop her own sales training and consulting practice specific to insurance agencies. Moench, a Certified Insurance Counselor, then joined The Wedge Group in 2010 as the executive coach to help integrate, implement and execute the iWin program. She has successfully coached more than 100 iWin leaders to develop their sales teams and grow their agencies, and has also personally helped hundreds of producers double their business through her producer development program.
“I am proud to join Oakbridge’s executive team, whose values and philosophies are so aligned with my own,” Moench said. “I firmly believe that collaborative culture is a critical operating philosophy, and uniting staff and sales members in a client-oriented manner reflects Oakbridge’s mission.”
