Julie is responsible for Oakbridge’s revenue growth initiatives that include the recruiting, onboarding and the continued development of the firm’s sales professionals, as they implement best-in-class sales strategies, ensuring the organization continues to elevate the way business is done in the insurance industry. She brings extensive experience in sales strategy, cross-selling, operations, training and new partner integration, Julie works closely with sales professionals at every stage of the client relationship. Her leadership of the recruiting, onboarding and professional development of Oakbridge’s sales team ensures continuity and accountability across the agency. Julie’s commitment to deep relationships extends to each sales professional, with a special focus on creating connections with new team members, working closely with them at every point of their careers to develop and implement best-in-class sales strategies. As a result, she ensures Oakbridge continues to elevate the way business is done in the insurance industry. Her ability to foster a culture built on mutual respect, accountability, personal growth and career success makes her a key part of Oakbridge’s growth strategy.  

A seasoned, innovative and impactful executive, Julie has over 20 years of experience in the insurance, banking, retail and financial services industries. She is a graduate of Iowa’s Buena Vista University and lives with her family in Woodstock, Georgia.
