Director of Proactive Services I Growth & Development

Lyndsey Harper is responsible for driving revenue and retention by developing efficient processes, delivering effective solutions, and achieving results aligned with the organization’s goals.

With a robust background in commercial insurance, Lyndsey began her career first as a sales agent and then transitioned into a sales support role within the Proactive Services Department. Under her leadership, the department has achieved significant revenue growth and improved data presentation, attributable to Lyndsey’s pivotal role in advancing and refining our tracking systems.

Before transitioning into the insurance industry, Lyndsey worked as a schoolteacher and later managed several restaurants. This diverse background honed her skills in communication, problem-solving, and operational efficiency—qualities that have significantly enhanced her ability to develop innovative solutions and lead teams effectively. She is certified in OSHA for Construction and General Industry, SHRM, and is a Master Work Comp Advisor. As a strategic leader, Lyndsey is focused on elevating client relationships, building and mentoring a high-performing team, optimizing performance through data-driven decision making, enhancing communication across teams, and positioning the agency for sustained success.

Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys traveling with her family and is passionate about painting.
